Robert Cringely just released Steve Jobs: The Lost Interview.  The video boils down what an entrepreneur should learn from Steve Jobs; first, his huge focus on products and their meaning, second his attention to excellent people (and his distaste for mediocre people), and third his core belief that changing the world (or at least the marketplace structure) was the meta to selling products. Internalize those things. They are wise.
